REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE. PRACTICAL PERSPECTIVE
Leadership experience that goes beyond the theory.
Sue has led businesses through growth, transformation and significant change, building leadership teams, entering new markets and strengthening commercial and operational performance.
Her experience spans founder-led and established businesses, from scaling operations and leading organisational transformation to entering new markets, strengthening commercial performance and working alongside boards, founders and investors.
That experience brings a practical, commercial perspective to the work she does with leaders today.
HOW SUE WORKS
Start with what's really getting in the way.
